1. Dispatch and Processing Times
All orders placed through Vault Smart Locks are processed promptly to ensure quick delivery.
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is received and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
2. Delivery Times
We ship all orders using tracked Australia Post or an equivalent reputable courier service.
Typical delivery times are as follows:
- Metro areas: 2–5 business days
- Regional areas: 3–7 business days
Delivery times may vary based on product availability, courier schedules, and public holidays.
3. Shipping Costs
Vault Smart Locks offers free standard shipping on all orders above $200. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Order weight and dimensions,
- Delivery location, and
- Selected delivery method.
From time to time, Vault Smart Locks may offer free shipping promotions within Australia on orders below $200. These will be clearly advertised at the time of purchase.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your delivery online.
If you have not received your tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact info@vaultsmartlocks.com with your order number.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address Information
Please ensure all shipping details are entered accurately at checkout. Vault Smart Locks is not responsible for lost or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect details provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
6. Damaged or Missing Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:
- Notify us within 7 days of receiving the parcel.
- Include photos of the packaging and product.
- We will investigate and arrange repair, replacement, or refund in line with our Warranty and Return Policies.
If your parcel is lost in transit, Vault Smart Locks will liaise with the courier to locate or replace the goods as quickly as possible.
7. International Shipping
At this time, Vault Smart Locks ships to Australian addresses only. For international inquiries, please contact us directly at info@vaultsmartlocks.com to discuss possible arrangements or future availability.
8. Pre-Orders and Backorders
From time to time, certain products may be available for pre-order or temporarily out of stock.
- Estimated shipping times for pre-orders will be stated on the product page.
- Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be shipped separately at Vault Smart Locks’ discretion.
