Ordering and Acceptance
Orders placed through this website are subject to acceptance by Vault Smart Locks.
Acknowledgement of receipt of an order does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in price or description, or suspected misuse.
You are responsible for ensuring that all order details, including name, address, and contact information, are accurate.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be made at the time of order through an approved payment method. By authorising payment, you confirm you are the cardholder or an authorised representative.
If a pricing or information error occurs, Vault Smart Locks reserves the right to cancel affected orders to reflect the correct details.
Shipping and Delivery
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment unless on backorder. Once shipped, please allow up to seven business days for delivery within Australia.
Products are dispatched via tracked Australia Post delivery from our Sydney warehouse.
Vault Smart Locks is not responsible for lost or delayed parcels resulting from incorrect address details entered by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply to redeliver returned parcels.
Product Specifications
We strive to ensure product details are accurate. However, product specifications, materials, colours, and finishes may vary slightly from images and descriptions. Images on the website are for reference only.
Vault Smart Locks accepts no liability for slight variations that do not materially affect product performance or function.
Returns and Refunds
Products may only be returned in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or with our prior written approval.
If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise covered by a statutory guarantee, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund as required by law.
Please select your items carefully. Fees and conditions apply for change of mind returns, including cases where products are not compatible with your specific door or other unique installation requirements. Please see our Returns Policy for more information.
Warranty
Vault Smart Locks provides a manufacturer’s warranty on eligible products.
- Local service call-out fee: $200 warranty assessment holding fee applies for lock-related issues within Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth, which is refundable if the issue is covered by warranty.
- For locations outside these areas, a $250 warranty assessment holding fee applies, which is refundable if the issue is covered by warranty. For customers in remote locations, Vault Smart Locks may request for the lock to be returned for assessment.
- Products deemed not covered by warranty may be replaced by paying the difference between the assessed value and the new product price.
Consumers must return faulty products to Vault Smart Locks for assessment. Failure to return the product or pay outstanding balances will void the warranty.
Account and Login Security
To place orders or access certain website features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
You are liable for all orders or actions made under your account credentials, whether authorised or not. Vault Smart Locks is not obligated to verify the authenticity of orders made using your login details.
